Key Accountabilities:

Stakeholders Management

  • Develop positive relationships with leaders and colleagues across your area of responsibility

  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the business model and how to guide on HR solutions within the context of desired results and performance

  • Build a partnership with aligned People functional leaders and People Centre of Excellence Teams in order to ensure excellent HR - service delivery for colleagues


HR Solutions

  • Develop a broad understanding of all Aon People solutions

  • Execution of all People initiatives aligned with the business. Examples include: Performance Reward Management, Talent Review and Planning, Engagement Analysis and Planning, Workforce planning process, Organisation Design, Employee Relations, Rewards and Recognition, Large scale business transformations

  • Champion our Inclusion and Diversity agenda

  • Contribute to EMEA People Agenda and delivery of key initiatives

  • Talent Management and Organisation Design

  • Partner leaders and managers on recruiting, talent development, and retention efforts to ensure we have the human capital needed to improve and grow the business

  • Act as coach and mentor to leaders and high potential colleagues on business opportunities, leading in a professional service organisation, and career progression


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in HR

  • People Advisor experience (generalist, specialist, and in client-facing roles preferred) within Corporate environment

  • Proven knowledge and experience in at least few of the following areas: employment relations, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, development, engagement, talent development

  • Knowledge of employee relations and employment law in Poland

  • Leading stakeholder relationships across levels and in a matrix structure

  • Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Project management skills and experience in leading internal projects

  • Strong interpersonal skills and maturity

  • Excellent English (minimum C1)

  • University degree (preferred in sociology, psychology, HRM)
