In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

Performing independently basic, regular, advanced and administrative activities related to particular Philips process and supporting system or tool;

Driving productivity through participation in Kaizen events and deployment of own process improvement ideas;

Managing local projects of various complexity in line with the PMP methodology;
-
Participating in wide range of projects and activities driven by Category Sourcing or other leaders within supported function;
-
Maintaining relations with relevant BPO’s;
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Graduate with master’s degree;
-
Fluent English is a must (both verbal and written);

Min. 3 years of indirect procurement experience;

Ability to make the right decisions in own KARs in difficult situations, when time is critical;

Ability to consult right people to improve quality of decisions;
-
Understanding how own work contributes to the whole process;
-
Ability to escalate issues in the right moment and handle escalations related to area of operations;
-
Ability to foresee consequences of the decisions, suggest and consider alternative solutions to problems;

Take charge of a group to overcome difficulties and issues and ensure that right decisions are made;

Willingness to actively support others to achieve the team goals;
