Your role

Are you well organized and open to learn new topics? Would you like to work with a team to identify, report and mitigate operational risks?

Then we are looking for someone like you for the role Business Risk Specialist who will:

• coordinate risk management activities within Business Risk Management function
• maintain and update control data in different tools and perform regular data quality reviews/enhancement
• maintain and update risk reporting tools
• perform regular risk related reviews mainly related to supervision responsibilities
• support and coordinate risk management tasks
• track milestones / deliverables

Your team

You will be working for the Business Risk Management Switzerland in Front-to-Back Risk Management Office Team located in Wroclaw. The team is collaborating directly with colleagues in UBS Switzerland AG in Zurich and provides extensive professional support in risk administration.

Your expertise

You are:

• fluent in German and English both written and spoken
• an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• a proactive and solution-oriented thinker
• a team player who likes to work in a dynamic environment
• self-motivated, precise and analytical

You have:

• very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• bachelor or master’s degree in business management, economy, finance, IT or related field
• minimum 1-4 years of professional experience in the financial industry, ideally in business risk management
