Senior Systems Analyst | Cracow

What you’ll do:
- Act as a relationship manager with business partners to ensure that IT plans and strategies are aligned to support the needs of the business
- Leverage demand and portfolio management processes to maximize value to the business
- Design solutions by extracting and defining business requirements, prepare detailed schematics of transaction and business flows, and translate them into solution designs, functional designs and user experience designs
- Perform configurations and extensions to software in order to meet end user requirements
- Plan and implement procedures to ensure that the solution satisfies the requirements
- Manage applications through the lifecycle and ensures that the strategy, risk, and operation of the application remain aligned with business needs
- Stay informed of new developments within the business, industry, and technology trends
- Provide level 3 production support
- Support cross-functional clients & multiple business disciplines
- Lead complex projects and manage complex programs
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or in Business
- Min. 6 years of experience in related field in an international environment
- Good working knowledge of customer business processes, practices, and procedures
- Experience in Agile delivery practices
- Ability to partner with customers to define and map business processes and business technology needs
- Well-developed problem-solving abilities
- Well-developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed data modeling skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to define and develop business case for technology innovations
