Principal Accountabilities and cooperation with hard services providers:

  • Adhering to Real Estate contract performance management standards, following implementation of RE tools and strategies
  • SLA revision, operational performance, issues controlling and reporting, PtW requirements, quality and scorecard performance, monitoring of local activities and getting qualitative feedback from stakeholders
  • Control Framework compliance and standards implementation
  • Providing maintenance plan & servicing schedule for building infrastructure and
  • technical systems (UPS, power generator, A/C in server rooms, IT equipment
  • cleaning and other)
  • Ensuring that bridging documents and electrical safety requirements are executed by contractors
  • Liaising with the Asset Protection Manager to align on related activities e.g., access/security systems and domestic equipment maintenance
  • Sharing team responsibility for safe and HSE compliant contractors’ works and services performance in co-operation with IT, HSE and Asset Protection
  • Co-operation with HSE to align on related activities e.g. PtW requirements,
  • contractor’s safe works execution and auditing
  • Manage Condeco space booking tool and drive improvements and digitalization
  • initiatives
  • Contribute to preparing and implementing site plans on waste reduction, energy management, CO2 footprint and other sustainable initiatives
  • Tracking data on waste reduction and energy management, monitoring trends and reporting to RE Facilities Manager, reporting data to relevant RE sources
  • Liaising with local business representatives to manage expectations on service
  • standards and requirements, analyzing opportunities for further improvements
  • RE local budget management (SERP system administration, issues resolution,
  • cost monitoring and planning), MI monthly reviewing and reporting, submitting estimates to budgeting process for own scope of work
  • Co-operation with CP dept. on suppliers’ monitoring and benchmarking, participating in tendering process if required
  • Ensuring proper records management process for own scope of work according to corporate guidelines and local business requirements
  • Leading and supporting selected RE projects (both local & global) in agreement with business needs, budget, timelines, communication and HSSE requirements. Identifying areas for Continuous Improvement methodology implementation
