The CRT & Fleet business has been an established player in the fuel card industry for many decades, and it is on a journey of accelerated growth. Customer needs are becoming more complex. New technology is disrupting business models, whilst new players are entering the mobility space. These trends will impact our current business model but also provide opportunities to provide new mobility services to our customers. It is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of CRT & Fleet efforts to transform the business from a fuel centric business to a mobility services company.
Customer Operations is embarking on an exciting and transformational journey called Customer Operations 4.0 (CO4.0). A key element of the transformation is to establish ways of working that unleash our talent and ensure we continue to accelerate towards our Mission of being able to Deliver a market leading Customer Experience and business value, at an affordable cost.
Key to this is the creation of several agile teams, (T-CREWS) that will work using SCRUM methodology to deliver efficiency and value adding products using dedicated and focused resources.
Principal Accountabilities:
We are looking for individuals who would become our development team members. The team would work in an Agile mindset to tackle several challenges related to transformation of our Lubes business in Europe. The team would compose of approx. 10 members, with a Scrum Master leading and guiding the team, and would work in close collaboration with Product Owner 4.0.

Sprint creation and implementation:

Select the tasks of highest need and complete them as quickly as possible.

Request clarification from the product owner when you are unclear about a user story.

Collaborate with other development team members to design the approach to a specific user story, seek help when you need it, and provide help when another development team member needs it.

Conduct peer reviews on one another’s work.

Take on tasks beyond your normal role as the sprint demands.

Fully develop functionality as agreed to in the definition of done.

Report daily on your progress.

Alert the scrum master to any roadblocks you can’t effectively remove on your own.

Achieve the sprint goal you committed to during sprint planning
