In this role, you have the opportunity to pro-actively support the execution of the Integrated Supply Chain projects by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis.

You are responsible for

  • Analyzing and supporting on ISC performance;

  • Define new KPI’s with Key stakeholders as well as calculation and data sources for new KPI’s across BMF;

  • Making sure there’s alignment on KPIs definition within the Global Integrated Supply Chain organization;

  • Ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in relevant systems, enabling a single source of truth;

  • Being a unique point of contact when it comes to ISC KPIs Reporting and ISC KPIs reporting automation;

  • Drive automation of Dashboard data and use of direct data sources, transitioning KPIs reporting to System based data;

  • Understanding and improving the way of working, our methods, systems and tools;

You are a part of the Global integrated Supply Chain organization and will be reporting into the BPO team.

You will be located in Global Competence Center in Łódź, where we centralize our business processes. We bring together supporting roles within HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional environment. Your future colleagues speak 25+ languages and represent 15+ different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • University Degree (preferably in engineering field, but it's not a must);

  • Min. 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Supply Chain and a global working environment;

  • High proficiency with tools such as Excel, QlikView;

  • Ability to navigate a complex global organization;

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;

  • Problem solving attitude;

  • Analytical approach and Data driven mindset;

  • SAP knowledge is a plus;
