Objectives of this Role

• Maintain essential corporate systems operations, including security permissions, research event log warnings and errors, addressing queries, helping to fix system problems, making operational system configuration updates
• Support in addressing audit queries
• Provide support in system solutions within a larger business initiatives / improvement projects
• Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements
• Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
• Maintain system tenants

• Fluent English both in speaking and writing
• Analytical and research skills
• High competency in communication skills with ability to communicate at all management levels.
• Proficiency required in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of job experience (IT, P2P/ERP Administration and/or Procurement/Finance)
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay process
• Knowledge in use of Coupa, Workday, PeopleSoft, IBM Emptoris, Oracle or other related ERP application software, including familiarity with query tools and tables
