Your role

Do you have experience in analyzing financial information and reporting? Are you interested in project portfolio management and investment governance? We are looking for someone who will:
• support Senior Management with data analysis: developing, enhancing and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports regarding the managed portfolios
• monitor and track the related projects to identify any issues and provide an overview on the health of the portfolio and support content preparation of the related regular agile ceremonies, e.g. the quarterly business reviews (QBR)
• support the IT project portfolio definition, planning, monitoring and coordination with our partners from business and IT
• control execution of portfolio-related implementation work; coach and challenge the project- & program leaders and product owners regarding business cases/Epics, UBS project and portfolio management standards and its implementation
• support the ongoing transition towards agile ways of working for our own portfolio management function as well as within the client need and foundational streams

Your team

You will be working in our UBS Wroclaw office as part of the Transformation Office - Portfolio Management team and closely liaise with colleagues located both, in Wroclaw and Zurich.
The team interacts with relevant business areas as well as the IT organization which requires close collaboration with various colleagues in order to coordinate investment governance work for relevant projects and programs of UBS Switzerland.

Your expertise

• at least 3 years of relevant working experience, ideally in reporting, controlling or data analysis role in financial services
• specific experience in banking business and processes would be of value
• experience in agile working and affinity for project portfolio management related data analysis (detailed to high-level) as an asset
• strong analytical and organizational skills
• highly motivated, team player, able to work independently with a can-do attitude
• great communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• excellent MS Office skills (particularly MS Excel, incl. Macros/VBA and PowerPoint)
• fluent in English, German will be additional asset
