Risk & Healthcare Specialist with Norwegian

Specialist’s responsibilities include back-office activities such as:

  • Drafting reports for the local client and performing administrative tasks based on policy documentation
  • Acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues
  • Delivering complex tasks
  • Acting as an escalation point for process, product related issues driven by daily operations
  • Identifying areas of non-value-added activities and potential efficiency gains
  • Making sure that the level of service is continuously improving
  • Suggesting and using tools to measure improvements
  • Participating in/ leading meetings in order to define requirements and operational improvement needs
  • Participating in/ leading transition projects
  • Designing, implementing and developing support materials for solutions to be implemented, such as procedures and training manuals
  • Ensuring that process documentation is up-to-date
  • Actively attending / leading meetings with the team, internal clients
  • Coordinating and planning projects as well as ensuring the success of project’s closure
  • Overall ownership of internal projects

Domain Knowledge

  • Good knowledge of insurance market

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Basic computer software / application usage

Analytical Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy
  • Excellent analytical skills

Communication Skills

  • English - level B2/C1
  • Norwegian - level B2/C1
  • Excellent communication skills with client focus
  • Understanding and applying appropriate communication style

Time Management

  • Able to meet tight deadlines under time pressure
  • Able to prioritize tasks according to volumes
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
