In this role, you have the opportunity to manage end-2-end after sales and service backoffice operations within your teams of few team leaders, managers and project managers. Department in multinational environment covering administrative tasks such like managing installed base records, creation and invoicing contracts, ordering spare parts, preparing quotations and others.

You are responsible for:

  • Managing team of team leaders, managers and project managers as direct reports. Total FTEs within the structure from 60 to 100.

  • Work closely with stakeholders from EMEA markets (customers, markets, functions, BUs)

  • Coach, develop and lead by example team members to help them deliver performance

  • Provide ad-hoc support and manage escalations, with ability to being flexible and stress resistant

  • Cooperate with others to achieve targets, using lean and problem-solving approach for any challenges that occurred

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master’s degree (preferably within Supply Chain or Customer Services area)

  • Fluent English

  • At least 8 years of total experience, including few years of managing people and minimum three years of managing team leaders/coordinators (larger teams of 40+)

  • Good Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong managerial skills and conflict management

  • Knowledge of SAP, ServiceMax or Salesforce would be an advantage

  • The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities

  • Interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required

  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for details

  • Cultural awareness when communicating with stakeholders from various countries

  • Stress resistant and ability to manage escalations
