You are responsible for
- Identifying, participating and leading procurement and improvement projects locally and regionally with a focus on Poland
- Working towards procurement objectives like cost savings, supplier consolidation and supplier qualification
- Working together with several stakeholders as sales, project management, supplier quality, Procurement commodities etc.
- Ensure in cooperation with the Market Commercial Organization, that adequate actions are in place and followed up for continuous quality and supply improvement such as reduction of cost, non-quality and lead time with critical component management where needed
- Participate in ensuring that Supplier relationship are defined via written agreements (contracts) that meet the needs of the 3rd party parts/services business of Philips Healthcare.

You are a part of
3rd Party procurement team in the Region EMEA East (CEE, RCA, DACH) of the cluster Other Devices Manufacturer & Markets which main task is to complete customer needs regarding 3rd party products and services in the Healthcare business of Philips
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- 2 years of procurement experience
- Developed analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in working with procurement processes and tools is nice to have
- Fluent English is essential (both verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels of organization
- Working in matrix organization experience will be an asset
- Comprehensive computer skills (including MS Office)
- Self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in a virtual environment
