As a Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• developing communication concepts for tool rollouts
• planning, researching, writing, publishing, updating, tracking and designing the layout of various channels of communication, such as intranet news, emails, instructions, presentations, newsletters, web demos, internal brochures, scripts, and the like
• writing convincing, concise, comprehensible, target group-oriented texts on complex IT and banking topics, as well as creative, impactful advertising copy
• developing concepts and methods to enhance the digital readiness of our client advisors
• actively managing the coordination and approval process for communication measures with various internal bodies
Your team
You will work in the Brand Management department within Marketing & Digital Sales.
Among other tasks, the Brand Management team is responsible for ensuring successful internal communication when introducing and updating banking applications for client advisors and clients. By carefully planning and implementing creative communication ideas, we ensure that users are properly informed.

Your expertise
You have:
• university degree (bachelor) from journalism, philology or other related faculties
• excellent German and English skills - must have (French and Italian would be nice to have)
• an affinity for digitalization and an interest in new tools and methods
• long-standing professional experience in writing and editing, as well as consolidating and incorporating feedback
• the ability to describe complex IT solutions such that our internal clients can implement them straight away
• high personal initiative, organizational skills and flexibility
• the ability to learn quickly, are detail-oriented and reliable
• banking know-how is an advantage
• the motivation to master and apply the ever-changing tools used to deliver our communication solutions
• a systematic approach to work; ability to monitor deadlines, details and priorities pertaining to several projects simultaneously
