Your role
Are you an analytical thinker? Do you know how to develop innovative solutions and have eye for detail?
We're looking for someone like you to help us:
– deliver a mix of regular, ad hoc and custom reports
– support report and system testing activities as requested
– identify where synergies and opportunities for consolidation, standardization or other improvements exist
– ensure all output is aligned with global standards, data definitions, source, metrics, frameworks and methodologies
– provide support on a variety of reward processes to a range of internal clients
Your team
You’ll be working in the Reward Analytics Team as part of the Performance and Reward function based in Krakow. The overall team consists of three members based in the UK and Poland. Our role is to work with the Group Head of Reward to manage group wide compensation reporting requirements for UBS and support a variety of clients including Group Head of HR and Group CEO.
Your expertise
– a graduate degree; focus on HR, Reward or other related field is a plus
– experience in HR Analytics, Reward, Reporting or in an HR advisory or specialist role would be an asset
– excellent analytical and data reporting skills
– an ability to define, manage and continually improve business processes
– very good knowledge of MS Excel; experience in Visual Basic / Excel Macros / MS Access is a plus
– analytical and logical with a very strong attention to detail
– good communication skills, with very good written and spoken English
– very comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
– a multitasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
– results-oriented with the ability to set priorities
– able to work independently with limited resources or oversight
– organized, resilient and calm under pressure
– a great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization
