Overview:
Risk & Healthcare Broking Team cooperates closely with UK teams consisting of brokers and consultants. The team operates within the UK market focusing on healthcare and dental insurance as well as risk management products. We help our clients to choose the best insurer’s option for them in line with their needs and objectives. The team’s activities mainly include: market reviews, offer analyses, drafting reports, performing calculations.
Role Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting service delivery by providing expertise in the following areas: ongoing operations and continuous improvement.
Ongoing operations:
- Delivering complex tasks / projects
- Coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues
- Acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues
- Continuously giving and asking for constructive feedback
- Leading and coordinating projects within the team
- Ensuring process documentation is up-to-date
- Conducting trainings
- Actively attending / leading meetings with the team, internal clients and 3rd party stakeholders
- Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
Continuous improvement:
- Making sure that the level of service is continuously improving
- Actively seeking process gaps and/or improvement opportunities and focusing on resolutions
- Identifying areas of non-value-added activities and potential efficiency gains
- Suggesting and using tools to measure improvements
- Participating in and/or leading meetings to define requirements and operational improvements needs
- Coordinating internal team projects, ensuring the success of project’s closure (overall ownership of internal projects)
- Designing, implementing and developing support materials for solutions to be implemented, such as procedures and training manuals
- Ensuring that all required tools and systems are available for the team and that appropriate training of new processes / systems is delivered to the team
Qualifications and skills:
Domain Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of Risk Broking, Healthcare Broking and/or Online Broking processes and procedures
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of Aon tools
Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements
- Ability to identify and respond to risks
- Very high attention to details
- Strong ability to think creatively
Communication Skills
- English level – C1
- Ability to lead meetings and conference calls
- Ability to negotiate
- Excellent communication skills with client focus
- Understanding and applying appropriate communication style
