What you will need to get this job:

• up to 6 months of experience in a similar role would be useful, but we're much more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills
• experience in using MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• excellent English, especially writing skills – you need to be at least C1+ (on the CEFR scale) because you'll be drafting reports for clients
• good organizational skills – you'll need to handle multiple projects at the same time and manage your time effectively
• a bachelor's or master's degree would be useful, but is not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• providing analytical project support for Aon’s global benefits survey
• participating in data collection and supporting data submission process using Aon’s technology platform for global benefits management
• assisting in developing, analyzing and drafting results and final reports for less complex countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas
• getting familiar with survey methodology and necessary project work tools
• supporting other global benefits projects such as data collection and population

What you'll do once you're fully trained:

• use your analytical skills to support Aon's Global Benefit's Survey
• collect and submit data into Aon's platform for managing global benefits
• develop your writing skills by analysing and drafting survey results and final reports
