You are responsible for

  • Pro-actively communication with (internal/external) customers in a clear and customer centric way.

  • Conducting analysis of trends, stocks and orders and introducing them

  • Managing orders and documentations

  • Placing purchase orders to suppliers, communicate delivery dates and check if goods are shipped and delivered

  • Determination of quantities and calculation of quotations

  • Takes initiative and identifies problems in actual way of working

You are a part of our Global Competence Center in Łódź, where we centralize our business processes. We bring together supporting roles within HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional environment. Your future colleagues speak 25+ languages and represent 15+ different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Experience in fields related to: finance/ customer service/ order management/ supply chain

  • Knowledge of MS Excel

  • Very good English

  • Good organization of work, ability to prioritize and attention to detail

  • Ability to analyze and understand data, attention to details

  • Very good communication skills
