WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be based in Poznan, and will be an administrative partner to the consultants and other McKinsey colleagues around Europe, Middle East and Africa across across various functions. As a German speaker you will support our German-speaking colleagues.
You will share your McKinsey journey with a diverse group of colleagues and mentors, for example our executive assistant team leaders, who will be helping you in your development.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will proactively manage very busy diaries, working across international time zones and locations, and provide high-quality support under tight deadlines.
Being close to the heart of business, you will provide a broad range of remote administrative and logistical support to a highly demanding audience of consultants. In this role you will develop and strengthen solid communication skills that will help you tailor messages over the phone and via email. You will build strong and trustworthy relationships with others, and most importantly, become experienced in timely process management.
If you are a high-impact communicator with fluent German and English who can build and maintain strong relationships, even remotely, and if you're passionate about customer service and get excited to work on challenging tasks when assisting your colleagues, this could be a good fit for you.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in German (C1)
- Good verbal and written language skills in English (B2)
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Office applications
