In this role, you have the opportunity to

be part of Global Procurement Team and have a visible impact on the finding the best way how to meet the challenges of markets and global competition. The tactical sourcing for the Professional Services category within the Commercial organization based in EMEA.

You are responsible for

Managing activities and/or teams and projects;

Ensuring compliance with Procurement policies and procedures, codes of ethics and general business principles;

Taking personal responsibility for the success of the group, unit, department, or organization; - Managing relationship with the internal customers and stakeholders proactively;

Identifying opportunities and initiating improvements projects in order to ensure continuous improvement;

Delivering KPI results in line with PSSC Dashboard and Procurement objectives.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Graduate with a university degree;

• Fluent English is a must (both verbal and written);

• Additional languages such as: French, Turkish, Hebrew would be a plus;

• Min. 6 years of indirect procurement experience;

• Experience in project planning and management – must have;

• Advanced Project Management skills (e.g. Prince2);

• Leadership and team building skills;

• Demand and change management expertise;

• Ability to implement supply solutions / strategies in practical implementation;

• Proven ability to understand and build total cost of ownership analysis, summarize results and make recommendations based on results;

• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and customer attitude.
