Business Change Manager

As leading global custodians, we serve a range of clients such as fund managers (including alternative funds), insurance companies, sovereign-wealth funds, pension funds, brokers and investment banks, commercial banks, major companies and issuers.

The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines:

International Operations Centre (IOC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe.

Custody & clearing services offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland and other markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Global projects coordination
  • Ownership and day-to-day project management of key strategic initiatives in conjunction with Senior Management, Global Process Owner.
  • Conduct operational readiness assessments, planning and implementation,
  • Build strong relationship and manage stakeholder interactions including IT, Client Line, BAU operations, global & local management and any other internal stakeholders.
  • Change requests & application release management
  • Management of changes to ensure they are delivered in due time, within the defined budget and with the required quality.
  • Ensure Business requirements are accurate, clearly identified, documented, communicated and approved for all change.
  • Act as Global Operations Coordinator, support the Operational teams regarding implementation of system changes.
  • Coordinate the users E2E tests campaigns, be a link between Business Analysts and Operations.
  • Prepare new SLA (Service Level Agreements) documents and review existing ones in close cooperation with Beneficiary locations.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for cross-department initiatives
  • Offer a support to the management to produce and update the various documents and presentations or other queries related to support functions.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

Skills required:

  • 2 years of experience in Project Management within banking operations in international environment
  • Experience working on projects supporting new applications implementation/releases
  • Investment Fund industry knowledge would be an asset
  • University degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in an innovative and agile working environment
