Responsibilities:
- Management of the team.
- Overseeing and supporting of daily activities of the teams.
- Management of migrations of new processes and clients.
- Participation in creation of operating model, operational procedures and preparation of SLAs for newly migrated processes, as well as review of currently existing agreements.
- Building structure and developing employees for newly migrated processes.
- Leading recruitment and taking care of all the HR related tasks for the team, including the annual and semi-annual appraisal of the employees’ performance.
- Coordination of system access, resources and induction to newcomers.
- Ensuring strong internal controls.
- Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external business partners.
- Active participation in the evolution of the department.
- Maintaining a positive attitude across the teams in the department.
- Conducting service review meetings with spoke location.
- Participating in oversight meetings, onboarding calls and updating the team with all the latest developments.
- Regular feedback sessions with team members and assisting them in their career growth.
- Monitoring of all the manual controls in place and ensure all the activities are carried out with respect to ORPC guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in financial services industry.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, fund industry is a must.
- Good Knowledge of OTC derivatives will be considered as an advantage, however business specific information will be provided during the onboarding training.
