As the HR Project Manager for Services & Solutions Delivery (S&SD), you will support and enable the Global Services & Solutions Delivery transformation across HR and Philips by building on the HR and People Capabilities agenda.

As an HR Project Manager you deliver content, implement and lead projects on HR related topics applying professional principles, practices, and techniques to deliver outcomes against the plan/targets. Working collaboratively with relevant partners, you define the project scope, results, and plan, whilst delivering transparency through reporting and communication and coordinating quality control throughout the project life cycle applying agile principles.

You are responsible for

  • Driving competency development & capability deployment in close collaboration with CoEs, BPOs, change & comms and 3rd parties (when applicable)

  • Enabling Engagement (& Health & Wellbeing) activities in the function

  • Supporting the implementation of People capabilities in the function

  • Managing OD KPI Adherence for S&SD

  • Supporting other relevant key initiatives in the S&SD People Agenda

You are a part of

You are part of the HR Solutions Transformation team, working closely with the Global HRBP for Services & Solutions Delivery. You report to the HR Solutions Transformation team lead, and you will be based in Lodz.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Relevant Masters (preferably Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration).

  • 3-5 years of working experience in HR related field, preferably in the area of talent and learning

  • Preferred experience in capability building (i.e. processes, change management, competencies, learning)

  • Strong project management skills

  • Broad HR experience and knowledge and the drive to further develop as an HR Project Manager.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to connect and influence within the organization

  • International mindset and ability to work in a complex matrix organization

  • Strong track record in getting things done in complex business environment

  • Strong innovative and creative thinking with a strong sense of pragmatism

  • Ability to understand and analyze data to produce actionable insights

  • High curiosity and learning agility
