IT Operations Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Technology Operations across Corporate portfolios (Finance, Treasury, HR, Procurement, Sales, Marketing)
  • Participates in the day-to-day operational support and service delivery of the IT infrastructure
  • Leads semiannual user access reviews across multiple key platforms, including managing different stakeholders, ensuring accuracy & compliance, and meeting deadlines
  • Manages the portfolio workflow/intake (ServiceNow) forms, including business-as-usual support and enhancement requests
  • Partners with portfolio Compliance Coordinator & business stakeholders to gather and review sample evidence, administers submissions in Compliance technology platform, and supports annual compliance and regulatory (Sarbanes-Oxley) campaign
  • Proactively conducts root cause analysis to identify and understand foundational issues and presents potential solutions, working with leadership and others throughout the Company to address people, process and technology issues
  • Assists Operations team across Platform releases, Disaster Recovery testing, environment & middleware management, issue troubleshooting and resolution, and monitoring our vendor managed services provider
  • Provides support and ownership on strategic projects & initiatives from leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required
  • Technical business analyst or technology project management experience preferred
  • Proficient skill with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Project, Visio)
  • Strong communication skills. Provides information to others both internal and external to the organization; represents the organization to customers and other external sources
  • Language requirements: English, highly proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Interpersonal skills to support team building: Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to solve more complex problems and deal with a variety of work situations
  • Effective working remotely with virtual teams
