This role is a great opportunity to bring Marketing experience and Business Development capability to fruition. You are responsible for:

Marketing :

  • Coordinate with global on marketing content calendar and work with CEE Marketing Ops team

  • Monitor performance of digital marketing campaign and work on continuous optimization with Mktg Ops

  • Support districts in all marketing initiatives (events / webinars ) professionalizing content and delivery

  • Champion sales enablement initiatives to drive more integral and holistic approach across customer facing activities across districts

  • Support the Business Marketing & Sales Leader <PD, IGT, CC> in the BMC process (prioritized Customer segments, products, services, and solutions) - focus on marketing enablers and marketing metrics

  • Provide Market, Customer and Competitor Insights and Trends, and Usage and Attitude Insights regularly to the Business (i.e. how do they change according to changing/evolving ecosystem)

This role will also have relevant Business Development responsibilities to grow the CLV (Customer Lifecycle Value) portfolio:

  • Own end to end marketing planning and activation of Technology Maximizer/ Education across the region

  • Build product awareness and coordinate trainings for local teams with the support of global

  • Design and activate strategies with local AM teams to achieve AOP growth (100% growth)

  • Deploy sales enablement tools (such as TCO 2.0) and ensure usage by AM teams

You are a part of the Service and Solutions Delivery business and you will report to the Customer Service Business Manager CEER.

We are looking for someone who will Influence on a Business magnitude: € 0.5 – 5 M and has:

  • Strong customer focus and mindset

  • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking

  • Ability to formulate strategies and concepts

  • Learning and managing information

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

  • Ability to perform effectively in a complex matrix environment

  • Proven ability to grow a business proposition

  • Independent and comfortable with ambiguity

  • P&L management incl. revenue and margin management

  • Experience in marketing technology, in consumer / healthcare domains, incl. localizing value propositions to unique customers and markets

  • Good knowledge of products and services within the scope

  • Integrator in the market and /or matrix organization

  • Work in a business with clear market/channel structures

  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods/techniques for obtaining solutions.

  • Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.

  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree and >5 years of experience in Business Development & Customer Service from a Healthcare industry or IT multinational.

  • Certified LEAN Basic
