The role as Senior HRBP
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation and anchoring of HR initiatives in IT organization. You will provide professional HR support and become a part of IT & Digital Leadership Team and play a key role as a sparring partner. You will support them in implementing the overall business strategy and Arla Digital strategy as well as in the day-to-day operations. This includes development of teams and people managers as well as individual consulting and coaching.

You will work closely with IT leaders and employees who are based in our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, Global Shared Services office in Gdansk, Poland and in our offices in the UK, Germany, Sweden and more.
Candidate with solid HR insight and consultative skills
You have a relevant education combined with solid experience in developing organizations and managers, which have given you in-depth knowledge of HR. Your experience comes from working as HRBP, consultant or line manager in an international company. Irrespective of your background, you need keen consultative and communicative capabilities that enable you to balance between challenging and supporting line managers.
You have an energetic and independent personality and use your structured working methods to achieve your and the department’s goals.
Maintaining and amplifying your relations comes naturally to you, and you know that the best results are reached in cooperation with others.
You should be fluent in English and preferably Danish or Polish.
