Your role
Are you interested to learn what Global Wealth Management does and who our clients are? To make an impact in our ongoing Digital Transformation efforts with your business intelligence, creativity, and analytical skills? To participate and support different projects with different levels of complexity that shape our internal digital environment?
• collaborate with our team to develop data collection and transformation processes within our data landscape
• develop insightful dashboards and create reports to support decision making for senior management and other audiences
• take initiative to develop solutions that increase efficiency when opportunities are identified
• engage and liaise with stakeholders from different functions and divisions of the bank to gather information and secure their continuous collaboration
• collaborate with our team to deliver ad-hoc requests
Your team
You’ll be working in the GWM COO Service & Quality Management team which supports our newly created Agile Delivery Organization with financial transparency. Additionally, we provide cost-efficiency insights using advanced business intelligence methodologies and we collaborate with a wide range of partners within our division and across the bank that help us shape our Business Transformation and Agile Delivery Models.
We want to expand our current teams in Zurich with a team in Wroclaw or Krakow - Poland - to increase our capabilities in delivering our business priorities. This exciting role enables you to build up knowledge about our clients, our digital capabilities and offers you a wide understanding of how our bank works front-to-back.
Your expertise
• a university degree, recent graduate with strong interest in data
• knowledge and/or eager to learn Data Transformation to generate reports and insights
• knowledge and/or eager to learn business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI and/or others)
• self-taught in automation and programming (VBA, Power Query, SQL, Python and/or others) is a strong asset
• creative, analytical, pragmatic and solution driven
• team worker, flexible, open minded and self-learner
• experienced with MS Office tools
• fluent in English, spoken and in written
