Would you like to become a Chapter Lead in our Crew?

Do you want to play a vital role in shaping the future of how we work in an agile way?

We’re looking for a CDR-ICP-Engineering Dev Forms Chapter Lead to:

• Act as people and development manager to Forms Developers, be a mentor supporting learning, growth and career progression and ensure high standards are applied across the delivery pod and be a central point of contact for the forms designers for local issues such as HR/PPM & timesheets and other ad hoc issues.
• Be an active listener, show respect and make people feel valued for their individuality.
• Motivate the pod on an agile mindset and embedding Agile@UBS practices in the pod (e.g. daily stand-ups, iteration planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and reporting)
• Support and enable the chapter with new / emerging practices, learning opportunities and capability building
• Connect chapters to the wider UBS community of guilds, engage as thought and action leader beyond the borders of the crew
• Work with Crew Leads and Agile coaches to understand and resolve challenges, opportunities, and areas of collaboration
• Support the broader strategy and goals of their organization to ensure chapter members are equipped to understand in their context
• Grow pods that are effective, by keeping them engaged with agile practices, train, facilitate ceremonies and guide pod to complete high-quality increments that meet a definition of done.
• Opportunity to be a Scrum Master in one of the pods, removing impediments so that the pod can deliver more effectively, using Agile scrum ceremonies to plan and track deliverables whilst developing and managing the scrum sprint backlog (Features, stories etc.) and finally nurturing a collaborative “one team” approach

Your team

You will be working in the Information Capturing & Processing Crew, which is part of the foundation stream of Client Document and Records Management. Your team of developers will work in the various pods of Information Capturing & Processing, supporting the delivery and improvement of the forms, capturing and related automation products. The team members will enable the transition from our classic products to the new strategic and integrated suite of products.
The crew mission is to become the global differentiator for capturing and processing of (client) information by offering innovative information services for integration & automation.
The members of this chapter are working out of Switzerland, Poland and Singapore.

Your expertise

• Strong servant leader who can garner respect from individuals, puts their needs first, and with a strong attitude of transparency
• Experience in leading teams in an agile, diverse, multicultural, and global work environment
• Ideally having experience with the UBS development ecosystem,
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-organized and able to quickly learn new technologies and paradigms and sharing knowledge with others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
