Your role

We're looking for someone with these qualities who can:
• Support the Digital Strategy and Platforms team through diligent work in the Digital Factory to define, analyse, and prioritize features and functionality of a digital client platform
• Focus on improving user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)
• Collaborates with senior product owners, experience design, and platform delivery teams to ensure effective and efficient design and delivery of the digital customer experience
• Authors stories in the agile framework
Your team
You’ll be working in the OnLine Services (OLS) team, based in Wroclaw, Poland, as a part of IT WMA (IT Wealth Management Americas). You’ll focus on the Client facing solutions for US Wealth Management market.
Your expertise
You have:
• Familiarity with processes, ceremonies, and best practices of iterative development such as Agile and Scrum
• Understanding of how modern distributed software applications are built
• Ability to take ownership of the requirements from inception to go-live
• Curiosity in financial world and new market trends like account aggregation tools, Robo-Advisors, etc.
Technical Requirements:
• Basic understanding of the multi-layerd system architecture
• Basic knowledge about system integration and how services communicate
• UML - experience with defining unified modelling diagrams or willingness of learning it
Nice to have:
• Experience with analysis for JAVA based projects
• Ability to read and understand simple Java or JavaScript code
• SQL skills
