Your role
Do you already have solid experience in executing risk oversight & managing governance frameworks and would like to further extend your expert skills? Are you a team player and excellent communicator, able to facilitate implementation & maintenance of complex risk frameworks?
With the continuously growing use of models across all disciplines in financial service and the correlated increase in regulatory and supervisory focus in Model Governance, we are looking for someone like you like to become a core member of our growing team.
You will support & drive
• maintenance and enhancement of the model risk governance framework, integrating best-practices and new industry developments and regulatory requirements in model risk governance & oversight
• agile design and establishment of model risk management processes tailored to model risk oversight
• management & delivery of the model risk governance framework as well as the related operational risk control environment
Your team
You will be part of the Model Oversight & Governance team within the Risk COO Chief of Staff / Head GRC Governance function at UBS Business Solutions. We are diverse team with team members in Krakow, Frankfurt am Main and Zürich.

Your expertise
• Business management degree and/or similar academic background
• 6-8 years minimum experience in either a model risk management and/or a risk oversight & governance role
• Experience in dealing with regulators – interpretation of regulatory expectations and their effective implementation in the internal risk control environment
• Solution driven communication skills including communication with senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English communication (verbal & written), proficiency in writing internal policies and guidance documents
• High proficiency in Office 365 tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams) ; good knowledge of other analytical/reporting/workflow tools/process automation and programming language (e.g. Tableau/SQL) is an advantage
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to help creating an open and participative environment with efficient & effective teamwork and communication
• Highest level of integrity and professionalism in delivering industry best practices solutions
