Your role
Have you successfully managed large scale IT infrastructure or risk projects? Do you like managing all aspects of projects across multiple teams? Are you confident in delivering the objectives within highly complex and matrixed environments?
We’re looking for a Technology Project Manager to:
• lead the delivery of IT projects, focusing on application and infrastructure remediations
• liaise with project stakeholders, aggregating updates, managing risks and driving solutions forward
• drive effective project governance to stay in line with objectives, scope, timelines and key results
• assess and remediate project related risks and issues for tracking in our RAID reports
• manage the budget, risks, dependencies, quality and change across one or more projects
Your team
You’ll be joining the Asset Management Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) team focused on our maintain the bank initiatives within Investments IT domain. With total of 650+ staff, we evaluate, develop, and deliver global IT solutions for our counterparts in Asset Management. As part of the Investments IT domain, you will be working across the Investments IT teams to drive projects and ensure that our infrastructure and technology solutions meet UBS requirements. Your expertise
• ideally with at least 7 years of project management experience working across multiple regions
• strategic thinker and excellent communicator that can coach, lead and influence across the organization
• proven success managing technical delivery of solutions in agile and waterfall oriented teams
• adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions
• strong MS Excel skills required, and familiarity with Jira and MS Teams preferred
• strong communicator that can articulate objectives, timelines, and risks to all levels of the organization
• a resilient team player who navigates the organization effetely to get things done the right way
