Your role

Are you well organized and have a sharp eye for detail? Do you like a dynamic environment with a lot of personal interactions? Do you like to analyze HR queries and provide in – depth solutions?
Is investigating the skill you would like to master?
If your answer is “YES”, join our team and become a HR Consultant responsible for:

– partnering with our clients (UBS employees) to find effective solutions to their queries
– collaborating and consulting across different HR teams to provide seamless relevant and reliable advice and solutions to the clients
– treating sensitive data with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk
– contributing to HR related projects, including HR transformation and digitalization

Your team

You will be joining a team in Krakow (Czerwone Maki) and become a part of our HR community.
Our goal is to partner with our UBS employees and provide them with excellent client advice on various HR topics.
We love people and we love talking to people. We come from different cultural backgrounds and use different foreign languages in our daily work. We also believe that through such mixture of experiences we can provide top quality advice to our employees.

Your expertise

You have
– a bachelor's degree
– experience in a similar role or in Customer Service will be an asset
– knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
– fluent in English and French

You are:
– truly service oriented and understanding client’ needs
– a great communicator and a self-reliant team-player
– open to challenges and willing to get diverse experience
– known for your can-do attitude and proactive approach when tackling everyday tasks
