We’re looking for someone like you to: Be part of regulatory development tracking (RDT) team covering regulatory changes for Luxembourg by:
• preparing regulatory and RDT framework updates impacting the Luxembourg location
• establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Luxembourg stakeholders who form part of the RDT process
• using industry / regulatory knowledge to support the triage of regulatory changes relevant for the locations
• supporting in addressing audit and self-identified issue remediation and in defining target state processes
• working closely with the RDT project team and EMEA stakeholders on various topics
Your team
You will be part of the C&ORC team based in Poland (Cracow, Fabryczna) reporting to the location C&ORC Head in Luxembourg. Our role is to provide support to the RDT colleagues in Luxembourg to identify, track, perform an impact assessment on key regulatory change events and work closely with colleagues in the location to ensure the minimum expectations around regulatory tracking are adhered to and the associated roles and responsibilities are clarified.

Your expertise
• an education in finance, economics, business administration or in another numerical discipline
• 2+ years of experience in financial services
• knowledge of various regulatory frameworks especially on the European financial sector and banking industry
• knowledge of compliance and operational risk framework
• familiarity with major regulatory initiatives across Europe on the financial sector and banking industry
• strong analytical skills paired with a hands-on approach to new challenges & attention to relevant details
• the ability to quickly adapt to an everchanging environment
• ability to respond quickly and accurately to stakeholder requests
• an excellent communication style, fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• reputation for your proactive can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks and project
• a team player outlook with a positive attitude
