Who you are
You support the Biogen OpenXchange Transparency process/requirements defined by EFPIA Code & National EU Country Pharma Association Codes.
Main responsibilities are to implement & maintain necessary tools and processes required to meet the highest data quality standards and strict reporting deadlines; work as part of OpenXchange expert team and participate in providing continuous improvement proposals related to the current OxC process & procedures.
What will you do:
- Support transaction data usage and maintenance of Disclosure source systems (like Oracle Accounts Payable and iExpense, Alanda and myASR). Create transactions in myASR that are not captured in other systems
- Prepare for EFPIA / national Disclosure. Run and review disclosure reports on a quarterly basis, identify issues and remediate. Drive communications based on regional guidance with HCPs.
- Review and manage all errors; facilitate correction in source systems with business process owners or override errors. Complete root cause analysis and ensure issues are remediated.
- Participate in UATs of new sources, support training of affiliates
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Proficiency across MS Word, PPT and Excel and databases
- PC literacy: Interested and ability to quickly learn and productively use new software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders
- Working experience in a shared service environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed timeframes through effective prioritization of duties in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or Internationally recognized qualification related to service area.
