We are looking for a professional with minimum 8 years of financial services experience, with strong relationship , sales and project management experience with excellent command of English language and communication skills.

Your new role

As the Client Service and Relationship Manager, Assistant Vice President you will be providing services for one of State Street top tier clients. The position is a client facing role withing the Global Client Service team.

As the Client Service and Relationship Manager, AVP you will:

  • Be accountable product and service excellence, enabling the unified model that joins Client Service and Delivery around a common culture

  • Act as first line of defense in service delivery issues

  • Engage appropriate parties for resolution

Command, control, and governance across product and service:

  • Own the overall operating model framework and drive operating model improvements

  • Monitor service quality levels (governance call, SLAs, errors tracking, etc..)

  • Inquiry Management

  • Client Lifecycle

  • Incident Management

  • Oversight Billing

Escalation Management:

  • Primary escalation point for clients’ GD service issues

  • Secondary escalation for Transfer Agent related issues

Change Management:

  • Manage new business onboarding and fund change events

KPI Maintenance:

  • Review, cleanse and report on client KPIs

  • Discuss KPI results and implications with client

Subject matter expertise and Solutioning:

  • Connect client with STT expertise on fund structures, regulatory, accounting and administration considerations, market operations and securities processing

Local Relationship Manager:

  • Own and Orchestrate the Client Relationship

  • Commercial & Legals

  • Contract and documentation management

What we value

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience, including project management or client relationship management

  • Knowledge and understanding of financial products and various markets requirements

  • Advanced PC skills including MS Office: (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Access)

  • Business analysis experience is a plus

  • Strong analytical and proven project management skills critical

  • Excellent organizational, planning and co-ordination skills

  • Proven communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within the global team, business personnel across all impacted State Street units globally and client organization

  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders on all levels of the organization, including senior management

  • Ability to challenge status quo and the information being provided by SMEs and management; acting as change management first line of defense

  • Ability to compile and produce detailed reports, task lists and minutes, identifying key risk areas and highlighting progress of projects

  • Ability to prioritize work under pressure compared to tight deadlines

  • Ability to construct effective and concise updates for clients and management regarding what could be complex content

  • Ability to fully analyze and evaluate several potential alternatives to a given challenge and present the results to the appropriate stakeholders to enable a decision on the optimal solution
