Overview:
Global Benefits Senior Analyst is a member of GB CoE Team in Krakow. The team supports Global Benefit teams in other locations in the delivery of coordinated, global broking services to Aon clients. As a senior member of the team you would support service delivery by being the SME and go-to-person.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Aon colleagues to ensure local advice and services meet client expectations and commitments
- Management of renewal of insured employee benefits policies for Global / Regional Broking of Record (G/RBoR) clients of the Aon Global Benefits Practice
- Management of client and plan data held on Greater Insight
- Preparation of initial drafts of Pre-Renewal Strategy, Renewal Summary Reports (RSR) and annual Stewardship reports for G/RBoR clients, to facilitate the governance of client employee benefit programs
- Acting as an SME for processes and resolving issues
- Deliver complex tasks
- Acting as an escalation point for process related issues driven by daily operations
- Identifying areas of non-value-added activities and potential efficiency gains
- Making sure that the level of service is continuously improving
- Using tools to measure improvements
- Coordinating internal projects, ensuring the success of project’s closure
- Participating in or lead transition projects
- Designing, implementing and developing support materials for solutions
- Actively attending/ leading meetings with the team, internal clients and stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
Domain Knowledge
- Experience in employee benefits is desirable
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel skills)

- Ability to analyse processes and identify improvements
- Ability to identify and respond to risks
- Very high attention to details
- Strong problem-solving skills
