We currently have an opening for NOV Commercial Business Account Analyst to join our Customer Operations team in SBO Krakow.
The NOV Commercial Business Account Analyst provides account-/deal registration support to deal makers sitting in the broader P&T organization, Integrated Gas, Upstream and New Energies in particular to Shell’s Non-Operated Ventures (NOV).
What’s the role:
The successful candidate will have experience in providing a variety of processes, data quality assurance and business systems support for a commercial sales organization and will have a very strong affinity with finance processes in relation to pricing and billing.
Principle Accountabilities:

Compliance: Responsible for end-to-end operation of deal registration process including compliance with the business management system, flagging non-compliance; and provide support in obtaining approvals for deviations to the process;

SalesForce: initiate credit assessment for new customers, request bank guarantees, maintain opportunity risk assessments;

Invoicing: request billing team to raise invoices; check data on invoices; coordinate delivery of invoices to customers and support credit team in debt collection; and run reports in SERP;

Other: Initiate request for setup/updates of customer reference data and provide a variety of other process, data quality assurance and business systems support.

Communicate and interface on a regular basis with Business Partner’s ‘NOV Commercial’ Sales organization.

Advise on questions and issues regarding the support provided (per ‘Support’ above).

Interface and collaborate with Finance (including ‘Credit Team’ and ‘Master Reference Data Team’), NOV Commercial Business Advisor, and other internal stakeholders on an as needed basis.
Requirements:
Skills and Knowledge:

Commercial mindset and problem-solving skills: commercial acumen, detail oriented and ability to find acceptable solutions and options as may be required by the Sales organization;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills to easily connect, interface and build relationships with Sales;

Collaborative workstyle: prior experience in working both independently and within a team framework; and

Manage priorities: ability to manage time and prioritize workload.
Experience:

Experience: 3-5 years of business support in the activities as described above.

Education: a degree or diploma in Business from a university or business school is a plus.

Systems: In-depth knowledge of SERP and operational experience with SalesForce (customer records management tool) is a plus.
