- Can develop custom tools and integrate with existing tools to increase engineering productivity.
- input into the Incident and Problem Management process advocating ongoing technical and process improvements
- evaluate, plan and integrate technical infrastructure solutions
- guarantee a secure infrastructure environment as well as production stability and performance
- analyze errors in systems and define corrective measures (you’ve got a good eye)
- collaborate directly with delivery teams to configure performance and monitoring tools (such as Splunk and AppDynamics) to get insight into the components they deliver
- use scripting skills and a range of tools to help make our delivery process fast, reliable and automated. You will regularly use tools including TeamCity, Sonar, Nexus, Splunk and AppDynamics

Integrated Client Lifecycle Services KYC (Know Your Customer) Regulatory & Data Crew is part of Operations Stream. Operations are delivering superior value to its clients through a digital platform which is easily accessible, flexible, timely, and reliable. We are enabled by a skilled, curious and data driven organization focused on proactive intraday management of the client experience and operational risk.
Development and Operations Engineer is a core engineering role responsible for all aspects of application build, deployment and monitoring. The DevOps Engineer has the goal of creating a zero touch, secure and enjoyable delivery process built from the best in class tooling.
Your expertise
- .Net Web application deployment experience in Windows, knows IIS, MSMQ
- Java Web application deployment experience in Linux, using Tomcat and ideally WebSphere
- Strong experience in Linux OS
- Familiarity and understand of load balancing, especially F5
- Understand TLS/SSL protocol
- Puppet scripting language experience
- Powershell scripting language experience
- AppDynamics, Splunk, NetCool experience
- Design, engineer and operate on a zero touch basis to the principle of “everything as code”
- Develop and enable Continuous Integration, Delivery, Test and Support
- Develop patterns so that all functional and non-functional capability can be monitored for health
- Develop application structure and operation to make it easy to debug and support in test & production
- Design, implement and automate processes to defend integrity, security & auditability of SDLC
- Strong communication skills and well organised with the ability to multi task
