Your role
Are you incredibly well-organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to provide support so that things run smoothly? As an Junior Business Manager you provide full administrative support to an individual Senior Stakeholder or to team/department.
• preparing high standard presentations, including coordinating the production of relevant management information and other inputs
• design and visualization of management presentations, presentation review including spell checks, implementation of UBS branding and presentation standards
• ensuring smooth running operation for clients / team on daily basis
• maintaining and controlling accesses of SharePoint, Share Drive or Distributing Lists
• managing calendars and taking account of complex diaries and global time-zone differences
• managing and coordinating travels, organizing bookings and preparing travel documentation
• processing of invoices, expenses and reimbursements
• answering calls and supporting communication channels
Your team
You’ll be working as part of the Offering Management team based in Poland. The team is working very closely with all functions within Global Wealth Management Switzerland & International Alternative Investments.
Your expertise
• university degree
• experience in international environment
• excellent written and communication skills
• learn quickly and gain UBS design and brand expertise
• very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• good knowledge of MS SharePoint
• strong analytical and numerical skills
• excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
• trustworthy personality with strong sense of ownership
• very good language skills in English (oral and written), German language skills as a plus
• knowledge of PowerPoint add-on think-cell as a plus
