Your role
Are you interested in driving process digitalization, using a state-of-the-art business process management and adaptive case management platform?
Do you know how to engage stakeholders, analyze businesses and engineer requirements?
Are you passionate about building enterprise applications using low-code development, radically accelerating the time it takes to deliver intuitive, powerful enterprise apps in the cloud?
If so, we’re looking for someone like you who will:
• collaborate with business subject matter experts to understand their requirements
• translate requirements into user stories (adhering to Agile Scrum principle, Definition of Ready)
• design and model business processes using a “drag & drop” user-interface in our low-code digital transformation platform (Flowable)
• collaborate with IT developers in your Scrum Team for customizations and integrations
• live the Agile Scrum framework, as a Development Team member or Scrum Master
Your team
Sitting within Group Risk Control’s (GRC) Change Team, you'll be joining the GRC Process Transformation team. You will play a key role in enabling the firm’s strategy through automation and digitalization.
GRC's Process Transformation team operates globally from Zurich, with a presence also in the UK, India and Poland.
Your expertise
· business analysis and requirements engineering experience
· experience designing business processes using BPMN 2.0 and/or CMMN
· experience of low-code development and adaptive case management platform
· energized by working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, alongside other highly-motivated, collaborative and dedicated teammates
· customer-orientated, results-driven, ‘can-do’ attitude with a flair for precision and quality
· understanding of information technology (programming knowledge, especially with Java and/or JavaScript, is a plus)
· engineering, computer science or other relevant Bachelor’s degree
· excellent communications skills in English
