Your role

Are you a multi-tasker? Can you stay calm when faced with different challenges? Would you like to work in a dynamic team while actively shaping the new area of “Live Communication & Regional Marketing” (LC&RM)?

We are looking for someone like you to take on challenging projects within our central “LC&RM Enablement” team.

The following tasks await you:

• managing and coordination of cross-divisional, strategic projects – in particular the ongoing development of our entire tool landscape (UBS events for P&C, evaluation of tools in the context of virtual events, etc.) and management of the interfaces between other internal and external marketing teams.
• supervision of the QBR process within the Agile Delivery Organization for LC&RM together with line management
• managing and coordination of the project office for the entire LC&RM project landscape
• help with coordinating and producing content for the LC&RM community during the activation of LC&RM projects via various channels while collaborating closely with the relevant departments
• cross-divisional coordination support of strategic projects within LC&RM
• management and implementation of people enablement and ”change the bank” topics in the context of live communication (planning and organization of internal workshops and further training with the relevant internal and external departments)
• proactive identification and initiation of strategic topics for the LC&RM area
• participation in the LC&RM Business Forum and representation of the above-mentioned topics

Your team

You will work in the LC&RM Enablement Team within Marketing Switzerland at UBS Switzerland AG in Wroclaw. Live Communication & Regional Marketing is responsible for group-wide event platforms and the activation of the holistic marketing mix across all regions of Switzerland.

Your expertise

• a university degree or equivalent qualification – with a focus on marketing, communication and/or project management
• experience in project and/or product management
• strong communication skills at all levels of seniority
• excellent strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
• an entrepreneurial, team-oriented approach and a “can-do” attitude
• ability to grasp new information quickly
• proven language skills: fluent in English; German, French and/or Italian would be an asset
• knowledge of the business areas and challenges within UBS Switzerland AG
• experience in marketing and/or event management is an advantage
