The CDIO Transformation Office is looking for a Project Officer to help deliver the ambitions of the Engineering Excellence program, with a focus on the Hiring Strategy pod.
Key responsibilities will involve:
− Provide overall support to the Engineering Excellence crew but with a focus on the Hiring Strategy pod activities including but not limited to:
- Coordinate activities relating to the Transformation Office
- Facilitate briefing calls and other communication measures
- Collect, assign, and track actions to closure
- Analyze and collate data, to ensure direction of travel is inspired and evidenced by data
- Respond to queries and suggest improvements regarding the program and other engineering activities
- Collect and report on engagement and feedback statistics
− Help prepare presentations and communications on the Hiring Strategy pod
− Foster collaboration and information exchange within the Hiring Strategy pod and with other pods across Engineering Excellence by coordinating and joining calls and events
− Support the team on additional engineering related & miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary
You'll be working as part of the CDIO Transformation Office in the Engineering Excellence program, focusing on the Hiring Strategy pod and reporting to the Product Owner. As a project officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Hiring strategy pod establish UBS as an employer of choice for engineering talent and ensuring the selection process and methodology is delivering a best in class experience for candidates, business, stakeholders and recruiters.
− very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams
− agile methodology enthusiast/champion
− strong analytical skills with high attention to details
− methodical planning and organization skills
− the ability to understand and explain complex problems in a simple way
− the ability to network and connect people from across the organization
− experience in and confidence to coordinate activities with senior stakeholders
− the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving needs and requirements
− a technical background if possible (not a must, but at least a genuine interest in engineering, digital and innovation topics)
− user experience knowledge and awareness
− creative and passionate about engineering, technology, and culture topics
− self-motivated and result-oriented
− comfortable with working independently; while also being a team player
− curious and a quick learner
− an excellent communicator
− fluent in English
