Your role

Do you know how to get the word out and compose a message? Are you a good organizer? We’re looking for someone who can help us develop our communications and events.
You’ll:
• be involved in writing, editing and composing bulletins, blogs, social media, articles, and announcements
• help plan and coordinate employee events, creating the material to spread the word
• benefit from being involved with projects, initiatives, and building a network of contacts

Your team

Our core responsibility is to support business functions in daily activity and lead or support strategic programs for Poland. You’ll be within Communications and work closely with technology teams, but also with employee communications and employer branding to help us build our culture and making sure information is delivered clearly and consistently.
The program offers you the chance to spend up to 18 months being a part of one of our teams in Krakow and then an opportunity to find a permanent role at UBS.

Your expertise

Essential:
· Excellent communication skills
· Fluent in English, both spoken and written
· Attention to detail
· Focus on quality
· Advanced Power Point skills

Nice to have:
• Planning and organizational skills
• Strong initiative and ownership

You are:
· A quick learner
· Able to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

· Able to come up with ideas and proposals
