Why this role is important to us
Alpha Data Operations Chief Administration Officer, Assistant Vice President will be predominately accountable for Assisting regional Alpha operational Business Unit Heads in managing administrative side of the business and coordination, driving discipline over agreed administrative tasks. Individual will act as a main contact point for corporate and support functions and work closely with regional CAO networks to ensure consistency and operational efficiency
What you will be responsible for
Holiday usage discipline
Training and events coordination
Turnover Management Action Plans
Fixed to Permanent contracts conversion coordination
Demand planning & governance, incl. positions’ management
Promotion process, incl. monitoring and supporting plans execution
Maintaining the list of transitions in/out and monitoring transition tracker
Supporting transition planning/ preparations and execution of transition methodology
Maintaining repository of all necessary transition documentation, coordinating annual review
data collection, reporting and reconciliation
Communication of all BU Staff related information – changes in policies, project updates etc. (Email & Collaborate)
Client/Executives Visits Support
Business Specific responsibilities are defined by BU Head/Managing Director depending on needs and scale
They might refer to managing KPIs, KRIs, Performance metrics, managing outsourcing arrangements, executive decks, reporting delivery, admin support scoped by business needs

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in business related studies, or other discipline in case of previous experience in funds industry
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in funds industry environment

Ability to do a research and analytical skills
