Your role
Are you passionate about candidate sourcing channels? Do you know how Linkedin works? Are you interested in recruiting and how we reach potential candidates? We’re looking for a product manager to take us to the next level when it comes to getting our jobs in front of diverse candidates around the globe.
You'll:
• manage the sourcing channels budget and our Linkedin recruiting contract amongst other regional vendor contracts.
• procure and onboard with all new vendors introduced to the strategy
• advise on where we should post jobs, be present and how we stay on brand and compliant
• manage our Linkedin recruiter seats, dashboard and stakeholders
• innovate new ways to get our jobs in front of candidates
• find the best sourcing channels for us for each candidate target group across the globe
Your team
You’ll be part of the global Employer Branding & Recruiting Marketing team. Together we drive change and lead innovation in candidate attraction at UBS. This role is a product management role in our new agile setup, and it requires independently driving the sourcing channel strategy as part of one of the product pods aligned to the candidate journey. At the same time you collaborate closely with different parts of employer branding, recruitment marketing and recruiting crews.
Your expertise
You have:
• experience of digital sourcing channels: job boards, Linkedin recruiter and talent crm:s / ATS:s
• an eagle eye and strong interest in vendor management
• strong stakeholder management skills and a solution-focused mindset
• knowledge of potential sourcing channels or a strong interest to learn
• have experience in evaluating channels and their ROI (working with ATS / Hire data)
• vendor management or procurement experience is an asset
You are:
• a great communicator and negotiator, and you’re not afraid of challenging conversations
• a doer: a person who find solutions and gets things over the line
• a quick learner, excited to try new things
• super organized and good at influencing people
• someone who can spot a risk, whether that is reputational or operational
• fluent in English
