We're looking for Procurement Operations Specialist to:
• Support users and vendors of procurement platform (Ariba) by providing them with solutions, answering their questions and collecting feedback from them.
• Provide first-level technical support for Ariba.
• Support finance team with the reconciliation between purchase orders and invoices, in order to ensure smooth and timely invoice payment to be made by Finance.
• Analyze various business and technical issues related to Ariba, purchase orders, invoices, procurement catalogues and other topics.
• Perform regular (daily and weekly) tasks in Ariba related to dealing with orders and invoices, cleaning up errors and performing other corrections.
Your team
You'll be working in the team of reporting and procurement specialists in Krakow. One part of the team produces and delivers diversified portfolio of reports. The other part of the team delivers procurement operations services to UBS employees as well as to our suppliers.

Your expertise
• Previous experience in procurement, preferably in procurement operations
• Additional experience in daily support for users, clients or other stakeholders will be an additional advantage
• Previous practical experience with procurement systems, preferably with Ariba
• Very strong communication skills - both written and verbal, including ability to properly use diverse communication channels - chat, call and e-mail
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to details, including accuracy in analyzing root causes and providing final solutions
