We’re looking for a Recruiting Governance Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead & Recruiting Operations Chapter Lead to:
• be an inspirational and engaging people leader to a significant global team
• lead the professional development of all Recruiting Operations/Governance specialists globally and directly manage the regional Recruiting Operations Chapter leads/ Governance leads, acting as a mentor to support growth and career progression
• define the CoE vision and prioritize demand, act as an ambassador for the services towards the Stream / Crews
• support and enable the CoE and chapter with new / emerging practices, learning opportunities and capability building
• ensure our Get Hired (Recruiting) stream maintains strong hiring standards and appropriately balances risk
• maintain strong focus on stakeholder relationships across Get Hired, HR, Audit, Compliance and Legal
• ensure high standards of Recruiting Operations engagement and collaboration across the delivery crews and wider HR teams
• work with Crew Leads and Agile coaches to understand and resolve challenges, opportunities and areas of collaboration

Your team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be leading our Recruiting Governance CoE as well as the Recruiting Operations Chapter (c. 100 FTE) within the Get Hired stream and ideally located at one of our key locations.
