For our Client, an international company based in Wrocław and Poznań, we are looking for candidates for the position of HR Specialist with French.
- support for hiring managers and senior recruiters in carrying out daily recruitment activities,
- acquiring candidates through various possible channels and building business relationships with them,
- making a Phone Screen in order to conduct the first interview with the candidate and arrange the next meeting,
- managing the calendar of meetings with candidates, agreeing dates and booking rooms,
- ensuring the correctness of candidates' data in the system and weekly reporting of their statuses,
- taking care of the publication of all current job advertisements on the available portals,
- responding to inquiries from clients and candidates by phone and email, support in problems.
- fluency in French and good level of English (communicative level),
- good knowledge of MS Office,
- experience or training in the HR area will be an asset,
