The opportunity
The Europe, Middle East, India, Africa (EMEIA) Team Lead for Cyber Threat Intelligence will be responsible for directing the research and reporting on emerging threats against EY in the region to strategically shape and guide the approach the firm takes to protect its people and assets. The EMEIA Team Lead will mentor and develop junior analysts and be responsible for geopolitical reporting, strategic assessments, threat actor tracking, indicator processing, incident enrichment, and internal EY threat trend forecasting. The Team Lead will work closely with their counterpart outside of the U.S. leading the remainder of our global team of analysts. The position offers a unique opportunity to inform and influence leadership with creative, unique approaches to detect and defeat complex threats while still performing the technical aspects expected in a CTI role.
Your key responsibilities
The Team Lead is responsible for managing an international team of analysts while providing intelligence reporting, actor tracking, internal threat trend forecasting, and strategic assessments. In addition to independent collection, analysis, and production of finished Threat Intelligence the Team Lead will regularly conduct intrusion analysis in support of Cyber Triage and Forensics. Significant time will be spent conducting strategic, predictive analysis around emerging trends, threat actor developments, and threats on the horizon to aid senior decision makers.

To qualify for the role you must have
- 7+ years of Information Security experience
- 3+ years of Cyber Threat Intelligence experience
- Knowledge and application of Threat Hunting and Threat Modeling
- Extensive experience conveying complex information in simple, succinct explanations
- Proven ability to apply critical thinking to develop creative solutions to complex challenges
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading a small team
- Knowledge and experience developing and reporting threat intelligence metrics
- Knowledge and experience applying the Diamond Threat Model
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience leading an Information Security team
- Intelligence and/or Counterintelligence training
