The opportunity

We’re looking for Delivery Manager with strong technology and data understanding having proven capability in delivery and pre sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm as well as a part of a growing Data and Analytics team.

Your key responsibilities

• Build relationships internally and externally to discover and meet our clients’ further needs, promoting a culture of collaboration
• Create implementation plans in a cooperation with business and multi-disciplinary teams, including solution design, costs estimation and delivery approaches
• Collaborate with the team to deliver amazing experiences to our clients
• Plan and monitoring implementation of the project deliverables
• Define and develop client specific best practices for data solutions delivery within a Cloud and Big Data environment
• Build Agile mind-set
• Coach and encourage colleagues towards constant learning and improving their skills.

Skills and attributes for success

• Commercial experience in software delivery, especially using agile/scrum methodology
• Ability to create reliable plans, prioritise work, meet deadlines and monitor budget
• Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
• Excellent business communication and client facing skills
• Project management and Leadership skills
• Fluent English

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 9+ years of overall software delivery experience
• 5+ years of experience in software delivery management
• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
• Must be a team player and enjoy working in a cooperative and collaborative team environment
• An approach of continuous improvement, learning new tools and techniques to manage oneself and a team
• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis (not more than 10-20% of time on average)
• Certificate PSM, PSPO or PMP will be an advantage
• German or other European language will be an advantage
