The opportunity
As a Software Technical Lead in the IT Consulting Services you will participate in various streams of Insurance implementation projects, collaborate with team members in order to achieve project and client goals and be a part of Business Insurance Transformations.
Your key responsibilities
- Participate in the development of RFP/RFI process.
- Developing and implementation project activities to achieve project and client goals
- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting
- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
Skills and attributes for success
- Understanding of Integrations and basic knowledge of architecture
- Good knowledge of insurance business or experience in development of insurance/financial applications
- Issues Management (identification, investigation, resolution, escalation, follow-up)
- Develops and implements insurance application business logic in Oracle database using Oracle PL/SQL
- Performs unit testing of developed modules and components to assure high quality
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication, German or other European language will be an advantage
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 2-6 years of experience level in Team Leading proven on real projects
- 2-6 years of experience level in Fadata INSIS
- Experience in configuration of INSIS
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, ANSI SQL, database objects structure
Ideally, you’ll also have
- People management skills
- Presentation skills
